Beer + wings, a pairing like no other!
So, what better way to celebrate the US Beer Festival returning to North bars than with this great combination? 🍺 + 🍗
On the Wednesday we will have wings, made fresh from Hana Matsuri, just around the corner from our bar, to be paired with one of these delicious offerings from Barrier Brewing Co:
Suburb – 7.6% – Their rotational hop series. Currently Mosaic/Nelson Sauvin. Previously Flash Cadillac & the Continental Kids.
The Great Experiment – 8.1% – their collaboration with Mumford, Track + Dry & Bitter – Part of the 10 yr anniversary series vol 6: DDH IPA citra mosaic sabro simcoe. Maybe the last great experiment for promoting human happiness.
Morticia – 10.1% – Morticia is generally aged in oak. Morticia is the end. Once experienced, other beer is bland and insipid. Black as
a moonless night, her aroma tempting, her strength deceptively powerful. She is unrestrained at youth, and learns mercy only with time. Morticia overpowers the senses, then warms the soul. Nursing each sip you will be transformed. And as you reach the height of her enchantment, the pinnacle of ecstasy; she will break your neck and eat you. The end. Oak aged imperial stout.
These beers and many more from the great craft breweries of America will be available all weekend – why not pop in to have a gander at our US Beer Festival menu?
